In stock item:

     If your order is in stock we will process the charges to your credit card.  Items will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  Orders done after 5pm, will be processed on the next business day at our warehouse.

Shipping fees:

     Shipping cost will appear on a separate line item on your receipt after we create a shipping label via our carrier.  You will need to approve and pay the shipping charges for your order to be complete and processed.  

Tracking information:

     We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@rockitgarage.com.

Item not in stock:

     We will process the charge to your credit card and forward the order to our manufacturer.  The delais are uncertain but you will be informed at every step of the process.  The same shipping charges methode will apply.

Damages:

     Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@RockItGarage.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
